President & CEO

Connie Matrisch  

Connie purchased Pro Com Services in December 2004. She worked for the previous owner for 21 years holding a variety of positions. 

As President and CEO, Connie drives the vision and mission of the organization. She oversees the company’s operational and financial goals to meet the best interests of customers, employees, and members of the public.

Connie is a ACA International Scholar, ACA International Fellow, MDHBA Certified Healthcare Collector, Board Member and Past President of the former Illinois Collectors Association, prior Chair of the Illinois Legislative Committee for the Great Lakes Credit and Collection Association, Illinois Department of Professional Regulation – Collection Agency Licensing and Disciplinary Board a Board Member and Chairperson, Medical Dental Hospital Business Associates Past Board Member, Past President and served as a Certification Committee Member and prior Chair.

Connie enjoys spoiling her grandchildren, spending time at her family’s cabin, travelling and attending Broadway shows with her husband.


Operations Manager/Compliance Officer

Kimberlie Cline  

Kim took over as Operations Manager/Compliance Officer in 2004. Her previous roles at the company include Collection Manager, Administrative Secretary, Repossession Specialist, Credit Reporting Investigator, Clerical Support, and Mortgage Processor.

Kim is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and improving production efficiency and effectiveness. As well as training new employees, Kim is also tasked with developing the team and tracking performance. It is Kim’s job to uphold the company’s impeccable compliance standards.

Kim is a member of InsideArm Compliance Professionals Forum, ACA International, holds the ACA International Credit and Compliance Officer Certification, ACA International Scholar, ACA International Fellow, ACA International Professional Collection Specialist and the MDHBA Certified Healthcare Collector.

She enjoys spending time with family, gardening and finding old items to refurbish.


Director of Business Development

Ryan Matrisch

Ryan Matrisch  

Ryan joined the team in 2016 and is responsible for the development of Pro Com’s client base, new services and product lines, expansion of market share, evaluating new products to streamline internal processes, and recruitment and retention of staff. He particularly enjoys working with Pro Com’s clients to improve the collection process to provide them with the best service possible. 

Ryan brings with him almost a decade of sales experience, is a MDHBA Certified Healthcare Collector, a member of ACA International and serves as Treasurer of the Great Lakes Credit and Collection Association.

In his spare time Ryan enjoys golfing, traveling and being with his family.
